Amazing customer experience along with an amazing amount of product knowledge alongside knowledge of the company which is always brilliant. Purchased exactly what I was looking for with no problems at all - bowled over the customer service - amazing !

Strange .... Most of reviews are for the cafeteria and not the Nespresso boutique.AnywayThis is ridiculous, Nespresso store in Cambridge doesn't take cash payment !You just lost a customer, I know enough stores who will take my money.Good bye
