I went there to grab some cookies and my son wanted the 13 minis we bought it and it was a goo and stuck together and I tried to ask for a refund and the two rude young lady’s were very disrespectful and when I ask for manager it was another rude young lady and they did not want to refund me or give me different cookies ,I want corporate number because I’ve been buying cookies from here for 5 years

Absolutely poor service the young ladies working at the counter were rude, racist and disrespectful. They truly don’t care about the quality of their products. We asked nicely to do over they said either take or order another one. Absolutely shocking behavior.

Nice selection of not easy to find candies and other novelties. Staff is nice. Store manager is very helpful
