We had a wonderful experience at Netzer today. Not only was the food delicious and the location very pleasant, but the attentiveness of the staff was top notch despite a full house of customers. I had the Netzer signature breakfast and asked to make sure that there wouldn’t be banana in the overnight oats, since I’m allergic. I got the confirmation that there wouldn’t be any. A second waiter came by a little later to tell me that since the smoothie had banana, they would replace it for me with a fresh orange juice. I also asked for the avocado to be served on a separate dish (I’m unfortunately also allergic to avocado and my partner would eat it instead). It may seem like small amendments but I find it so difficult in Germany for dietary restrictions and allergies to be taken seriously. They were certainly taken very seriously at Netzer, so I applaud that. The homemade drinks were also very nice and portions overall were huge. I would definitely be back.
