It's a unique restaurant with a great selection of beer, and they specialize in sausages. They have some unique kinds. It's worth trying, but it would be a challenge to make this a regular place to eat because there is not a lot of variety. We went to New Bohemia last night to celebrate our son's birthday. It had been at least five years since the last time we'd gone, but part of the reason was that we'd moved farther away. But, wow, have we been missing out this whole time!! Not only was thw food fantastic, and so was the beer, but the service was above and beyond expectation. Jason welcomed us and told us about the menu. Then, when we ordered he was very helpful and seemed genuinely excited to have us there. We were just a normal family of five going out to eat, but he treated us as though we were family. We will absolutely be going back soon! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
