I found this Chinese Restaurant to be much better than the others that I tried in this area and I am very picky about my Chinese food. All of the ingredients were very fresh, as was the cooking oil that was used. You can often tell a bad Chinese restaurant just by the smell of old oil when walking in. I was surprised by the negative reviews, but very pleased with my orders. I realize some people are hard to please and when it comes to Chinese food, I am one of them. I look forward to ordering from New China again.
