First time here today and the food was outstanding!! The flavours were on point, the customer service amazing!! Even received a complimentary brandy!! Will definitely be returning.

So tonight in ordered dinner at 18:00 it’s now 20:26 and I’m still left without anything. I phone up and eventually I get through to someone who gets quite rude on the phone and states that every order is taking 2hours tonight as it’s NEW YEARS Eve.... Once again I explain it’s now been 2hours 30mins... He then goes on to say how it’ll be at least another 45minutes, so I reply now I’m waiting over 3hours then? The person over the phone once again becomes rude stating. “ I’m not going to serve you I’ll refund your money”. The person then rings back stating “I’ve refunded your money don’t call us again”. Highly professional people hey? That can not seem to understand people have criticism with regard to food delivery.... Well don’t worry like you said don’t call again, we won’t.
