Growing up in the Legal area we used to visit New Diamond quite often. Once a week we would go and enjoy the food and the humour of the owner Paul. The atmosphere is typical of a Canadian-Chinese restaurant but the food is above the scale. Portions are excellent and everything is fresh and tasty. The House Rice and Singapore Noodle has always been two of my favourites, and the Beef With Broccoli is awesome. Often gems are found in the oddest location and New Diamond Restaurant is definitely a gem.
