Thank you for reserving us a table, our food was well presented and tasty, my friends maybe should have opted for the cheaper lighter plates for the roast, as they couldn't finish. I liked my Steak and Ale pie topper of the Stick Man, assume this helps with checking what is still available from the kitchen full of pies, good to see you had had a busy day already. Our table did need a more careful wipe before putting the Reserved sign on, but you dealt with this quickly, thanks. Price per person: £10–20

Found this pub by chance, not listed on S4S or Park4night. Made to feel very welcome. Car park small, our motorhome 6.9m, just about accommodated our size. Meals absolutely fantastic. Staff very friendly. Dogs welcome in bar area. Great atmosphere. Quite a few locals when open. Breakfast served, very good. Lots of lovely walks, some good paths for wheelchairs and buggies. Shardlow is a fascinating time capsule of canal life. Don't do returns, but would go again. 11 out of 10. Price per person: £10–20 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labeled vegetarian dishes, Not sure

Staff at the New Inn made us feel welcome with the dog, very good coffee for a pub. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: £1–10
