“Rylie, you genuinely give some of the best customer service I’ve seen in a pub. You’re always friendly, welcoming, and you make everyone feel looked after without ever seeming fake or forced. You’ve got a great way with people, and it really changes the atmosphere of the place. It’s obvious you work hard, and people notice it.” And you are very much appreciated for your service- thank you Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
