Wow! The Food is fantastic!! The spicy mayo is phenomenal!! Atmosphere is great! The most important part of any business is Service. Ashley was a step above the rest. I haven't experience this level of customer service and food order verification in a long time. She repeated the order to make sure it was right and again verified when picking up. 6 Stars for you Ashley! KEEP IT UP!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We from out of town working. My coworkers and I went Thursday evening and the young lady was SO helpful! She even took a special request for me. We went back Friday, and everything was great but the waitress wasn't able to make the special request. The roll I tried was great though! I have dietary restrictions so moving outside my comfort zone is anxiety producing. We will return the next time we are in town. Friends took me to lunch at Sakura Japanese restaurant while visiting Medford. Met at noon on a week day. Not crowded. Seated immediately, hostess very friendly, patient. Came by twice before we were ready to order. We ordered the unagi ( cooked eel) sushi, tofu bento box and tempura udon. I had the udon. The tempura came with one shrimp and four different vegetables. The dipping sauce had good flavor and the tempura had a nice light crispy batter. The udon has mushrooms, spinach and kamaboko (steamed fish cake). Broth very delicious as well. Just right for a cool Oregon fall day. Prices are very reasonable. My dish was $10. No tax in Oregon. The others enjoyed their meals as well. Clean plates. I would go again. Appears to be Japanese run, which is a biggie for me when it comes to Japanese food.
