We weren’t very hungry when we decided to go in here for a semi-dinner kind meal. Tuned out that was kind of good, considering how pricey it is. We ordered a cocktail and beer for our drinks and the cocktail was well made. For dinner we shared the Halibut, Skuna Bay Salmon and truffle fries. The Salmon with its tzatziki was a good combo and well cooked. The halibut, even though well seasoned and tasty, was just okay. My kids’ simple pasta was satisfactory. Service here was great though! Our group of 8 recently dined at Chop House Restaurant at New Sheridan, and it was an exceptional experience. Robert, our waiter, provided impeccable service, making our evening truly memorable. The quality of both food and drinks surpassed expectations, showcasing a perfect blend of flavors and presentation. From start to finish, it was a five-star meal that I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a top-notch dining experience. I would like to thank Robert again for making this the highlight of our trip to Telluride.
