About the onion problems you mentioned, we have checked the situation and the fact as we known is that you have placed two orders, one without onion, while the other with many more onion on it, we make sure we did the requirement as you asked, it would be so much better if you can provide us with the picture of the meal you received. Also, could you also offer us your order number ? About the chicken problem, we certainly make sure all of our chicken are cooked and well-done, cause it concerns all of our customer's health and we make a point of it. while the curry and prawn you mentioned, we can not really recollect the meal delivered, could you also provide us the pic of it,please?
