This is the best pizza joint in NY. Their sauce is perfect! They can be pricey compared to other local options, but the quality is top notch. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Pizza Ever

This place never disappoints!!! I always got the same things because they were delicious. But I have decided to try some of the other menu items and they were amazing. Delicious. Customer service is a 10 out of 10. Love this place. Our little peice of heaven. Don’t get me started on the ranch! Looking forward to trying so much on the menu! Recommend to anyone, for everyone. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Terrible customer service over the phone. Spent $100 to help in celebrating the moving up of an employee here in our office. Ordered a sheet pizza and 40 wings. Called to let them know people were unimpressed about the pizza. Sauce was too sweet and way to bready!! They wanted me to bring back the order to refund me then another lady came on the phone to tell me no refund !! And very rudely and loudly .. Other employees could hear her yelling from the phone !! Would definitely not recommend this place. I have eaten at other New York Pizzerias and had wonderful food and experience. Just not impressed , very disappointed , unprofessional manners !! Then to top it off the one loud lady came over to accuse us of mistreating her delivery person. My employee had her sit the pizza on the counter while she retrieved me to sign the receipt. I came around the corner and politely signed the receipt and told her thank you very much and to have a wonderful day!! I’m not sure where the rude came from? Then she challenged me by asking me if I cook ? Why would you ask that of a customer? Completely and utterly wrong in how she conducts her business!! Will not be ordering from them again nor will I suggest anyone else to stop into their establishment in LOWVILLE NY And still have a pizza with only 5 pieces eaten out of. Problem that I had was their mannerisms of how they conduct their business!! Very RUDE !! Pizza looked good just not very tasty!! And they didn’t like that we voiced our opinion!! Service: Delivery Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $100+

Im sorry ma’am but as we stated on the phone and politely that we do not do refunds, we had told you to bring the food back but you tefused so there was nothing wrong with the food. When you called for prices you did not like the price and said that you would shop around, so you called back and placed the order anyways. So nothing wrong with the food you just did not agree with the price well im sorry but unfortunately everything is going up, this is the world we are living in today. Thank you.
