Come here for a meal right after seeing Yosen-ji Temple. Come to this cafe for good coffee. The friendly staff welcomes people all year round. NewSEM is remarkable for its enjoyable service. When you enter this place, pay your attention to the pleasant atmosphere. But google users haven't given this place a high rating.

If you want to know the spot locals come to for amazing quality coffee, come here. It's not a starbucks, your drink may take 5 minutes to come out, its an old school smoking bar, the owner doesn't speak english, but it all adds to the charm. Ask for a flat white! So many of the highly rated coffee shops around serve coffee that's too milky and it's clear they're catered to tourists. Skip those and come here for the real deal.
