So gonna sound like a broken record as just notice the previous review. We were recommended by a friend so obviously maybe had high expectations of the food so i wont pass judgement on the food. It was warm though. We placed a order around 4.30ish. The delievery time stated 17.20 and we paid a delievery fee as we are AB21 which is fine we didnt mind. We are about 15 to 20mins away Max. So got to 17.35 rang and was like whats going on with our order? Its out for delievery already be with you any minute..... It comes to 6pm i ring again. I get someone who says the same the order is out for delievery. So i was like well thats what i was told 25mins ago so it clearly was only just going out the door or forgotten. No no it had to go via someone else on route. Ok but its a 15 to 20min journey were now sitting at 30mins. I then got passed to someone else who said they told me anf eas trying to convince me that they said to me earleir that they told me they had only just been handed to the driver .... so this ppint i was like dont lie. I then got fed some BS that online order gives a max of 40min for estimated delievery time which i wouldnt mind but it was longer than 40min the estimated time. But anyways.... got passed to a third person just said i just want my food and not to be lied to who then hung up on me. So needles to say our food rocked up a hour after estimated delievery and 40mins after we first rang piping hot..... they must cook it in the delievery car Will not be using again or recommending. Defo recommending our friends a nicer kebab place to. For the owner..... just be honest thats all i wanted. Honesty is the best policy. If i rang the first time and u said your sprry super busy would of easily come collected. People only get annoyed when lied to and the fact you tried to make out you said different is just shocking. I called to cancel an order after few minutes and put another one. Deliveroo was telling me to contact the restaurant. A girl answered first but not very cooperative and then a man took the phone and started yelling like crazy. This was very rude and unacceptable. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

First order tonight following a price increase at my normal kebab place. Really surprised. Portion sizes are absolutely brilliant. The large mixed Kebab is fantastic. I ordered cheesy chips with gravy too.... And although it looked like sick, it was absolutely incredible. I'll be back soon! Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
