They have lots of ongoing specials which makes it worth a visit. Staff has always been friendly and are very sweet to our baby. Place could do with a proper clean though and it's not particularly vibey but it's a good spot to have breakfast or a coffee while keeping an eye on your car at the car wash outside.

I've been there a few times. My generation feeling in all the News Cafe is that they're losing their market share. Food wasn't as per expectations. Drinks were just ok albeit the higher price compared to other pubs and joburg offers lots of options. They seriously need to up their game.
