I had the worst experience at panarottis highveld mall we went there for my daughter's birthday and she loves it we requested that they come and sing for her and the waiter told us that the birthday song is not working today just as we about to leave we already paid they played the song for another kid. I reported it to the manager he didn't even make an effort to see to us he just said he will sort it out . Onto of it all the waiter had an attitude the whole time I had to ask her 3 times to bring crayons for my daughter I'm really disappointed in that place and we go there all the time Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: R 100–150 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very bad service. My husband got hair in his pitza and we waited over 2hrs for food and 40min for drink services afther we asked for it. Very disappointed not even worth one srar
