I saw this booth at the Gluten Free Expo 2016. I am all about the gluten free baking and sometimes I do appreciate pre-made mixes if they're assembled using quality ingredients. I have a few bags of nextjen flour and mixes simply 'cause at times it's easy to use or I have trouble finding the individual flour blends themselves and just need something quick. I have seen them at other craft and culinary fairs around time but this was my first time actually visiting the booth. Bonus points 'cause they're very local. Super friendly people at the booth.
