No, this restaurant is not a Vietnamese restaurant. It's fusion cuisine, with some Vietnamese dishes, not necessarily successful and really too expensive. Example, pho soup, too fatty and without the herbs that traditionally accompany it. Price: 20 euros, which certainly makes it the most expensive pho in France, the average price of a large pho being between 12th and 14th. I also noticed that the spring rolls are dry. Which makes them difficult to eat. Also a problem with the traditional tapioca and banana dessert. It is served cold or even iced while it is eaten hot. Overall, what I ate wasn't bad. It wasn't great either. And it was really too expensive for the gastronomic level: 17th for fried rice pasta with chicken, it's excessive. In short, a really disappointing experience. For what. Because when I walk through the door of a restaurant that says it offers Vietnamese cuisine, and I find something else there, it's bound to be a problem. And it's a real shame because Vietnamese gastronomy is varied and adapts perfectly to the Western palate which copes very well with it. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Very good meal in NhàLam! Special mention to Bành Bao which I really loved! The only slight negative point is the not very efficient ventilation which means that we smell fried food at the end of the meal. Price per person: €20–30
