I ordered the penne Alfredo with added chicken ($6.50) for takeout and I was given literally 4 tiny pieces of chicken breast. They were each the size of a quarter, and not even bite size. I called to obviously let the manager know about this thinking it was an honest mistake, but instead I was met with a sour attitude and very poor customer service. The manager on duty said “well if you wanted more chicken, you probably should just get more next time.” I used to be a regular at this restaurant and so is my entire family, but now we are boycotting Niagra Pizza. We are all for supporting local, but this is total nonsense.

Paid $48 for noodles. I needed to sift through my penne noodles to find any chicken I paid extra for. Couldn’t find any sausage in my Jambalaya. I called to tell the restaurant, lady manager told me this is normal. Owners of this place might want to have a talk with the ‘managers’ of this place. I could make tastier pasta for pennies, maybe I’ll just do that next Valentine’s Day Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Hi there, we’re truly sorry we let you down, especially on Valentine’s Day. There’s no excuse for the chicken in your pasta. They are pre- portioned out so there definitely must have been a mistake with the portion you received. being told that this was “normal” is not the level of care or accountability we expect from our team. Niagara Pizza brings back the memories of the Greek Pizzas I loved so dearly in my youth! Our Niagara Pizza was absolutely delicious and arrived hot and perfectly done! The Greek Salad was a nice and fresh! Perfect pairing with our favourite pizza. Niagara Pizza is our ‘go to Greek Restaurant’ when we desire comfort food. Servings are generous and we always have leftovers. Our servers are always attentive. Shelby provided us with excellent service! We drive out from Vancouver to Ladner and enjoy the small town vibe. We highly recommend Niagara Pizza! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$20–30 Recommended dishes: Baked Lasagna, Greek Salad, Lamb Souvlaki, Baked Spaghetti Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free parking lot Parking: We love the pizza! The parking lot is being repaved in March 2025. There is street parking.
