Cool bar, great atmosphere, quite an intimate experience being a smaller bar. I like the layout of the bar and the staff were friendly. Price per person: NZ$10–20 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

These guys did a fantastic job hosting my baby shower. The food was delicious, and my friends enjoyed the flow of cocktails. There was a beautiful space on the wall for a balloon garland which made a lovely backdrop for photos. The space comfortably fit our group of 16, even with the food tables and decorations in place. I’d say it could easily accommodate up to 20 people while still allowing room to move around. Highly recommend! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Niche is a groovy hip wee bar and part of the Langlands hotel complex. It has a laneway that runs from it and on warm summer nights you can sit outside with your drinks. It has a selection of small food items from the Meld restaurant menu. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
