Delicious food, great wait staff and excellent reservation system on open table. We didn't have to wait on New Years Eve and everything was presented to look beautiful as well as being delicious. We both enjoyed a lovely meal at this establishment.

New Year's Eve dinner. Ordered the artichoke appetizer, kids chicken strips and sea bass. Artichoke was delicious. Kids fries were awful. Tasted stale and had no salt. Sea bass was over cooked. Sauce was delicious. Veggies with sea bass were undercooked and so was the rice. Also this cost nearly $100 after tip. Service was great.

We had dinner this evening at NICO Heirloom Kitchen. I ordered the Chicken Cacciatore. The chicken was a single tiny piece of dry chicken. The rest was merely a couple of potato patties. Definitely not the dinner I had in mind. The bill was shockingly large for such a poor meal. I will not frequent this restaurant again!

Michael, it's disappointing to hear our Chicken Cacciatore didn't leave you impressed. We do wish that you had brought your concerns to our attention during your visit, as we would have done what we could to correct them. All that said, we understand if you choose to dine elsewhere, but do hope you'll give us another chance to better impress.
