We walked in on Saturday morning with a smile, but unfortunately, the experience was awful. Since we don't speak fluent Italian, there was a small misunderstanding about whether to sit inside or outside. Instead of being helpful, the staff responded with a very rude and aggressive tone. We deeply regret choosing this place for our morning coffee. Will not return.
