The Chocolate and Vanilla Blisseroons were a hit on the Elevate Nepal hike! We shared them on the summit! They are perfect to carry in a backpack, and it is a sweet luxury to have something so yummy after hiking! Thank you Nicola!!

Brought some of the coconut bliss-a-roons to a potluck this weekend and they were an absolute hit! They were devoured in record time & people couldn't believe they were actually good for you too!!

Just wanted to give a shout out to Raw in the Rockies and Nicola's Raw Menu... I have tried several of her raw snacks and I seriously SAVOR every single bite. Just yesterday my 5 year old tells me that he "NEEDS to have some of these snacks every single day", meanwhile my 3 year old is stuffing his face with raw vegan nori. Can not get enough of these nutritious and delicious foods!! I highly recommend any and all of Nicola's creations, from snacks to juices to dinners. Man I now a massive craving for those cauliflower snacks that taste like they are dowsed in savory butter but really it's some raw vegan dressing she whipped up... can I make an order for that for next week, please?!?!? xoxoxo
