The restaurant's interior and food
Tucked away in the bustling streets of Shibuya, Night offers an unpretentious pub and bar experience that invites patrons to relax and unwind. While its location on Shibuya 3-7-2 is known, there isn't much detailed information about its interior ambiance or decor. This could potentially appeal to those who prefer discovering spots that offer a sense of mystery and undiscovered charm.

Night falls under the moderate price range, suggesting a balance between affordability and quality, though exact prices remain unspecified. Unfortunately, the lack of operating hours might make planning a visit a bit challenging, as we don't have confirmation on its schedule.

The absence of user reviews provides little insight into the experiences of past patrons. It remains unclear whether Night has any noteworthy features or specials. The establishment would benefit from reaching out to provide current and comprehensive information about their offerings and hours to help potential visitors better plan their experience.

Night Market is one of those rare restaurants that never disappoints. No matter how many times I visit, I always leave happy. Chef Chihiro Naito, formerly the sous-chef at L'Effervescence, brings a refined touch to Southeast Asian cuisine. Rather than bold, overpowering flavors, the dishes are remarkably delicate and beautifully balanced. Every plate has layers of aroma, texture, and freshness, with herbs and spices used so skillfully that they feel like hidden accents rather than dominant flavors. The quality of each ingredient really shines. The menu changes with the seasons, which makes every visit feel a little different and always gives me an excuse to come back. I've tried many dishes over several visits, and I honestly haven't found one that disappointed me. The atmosphere is equally inviting. One detail I especially love is the artwork of Mamuang by Thai artist Wisut Ponnimit displayed in the restroom—it perfectly complements the restaurant's modern Southeast Asian character. Whether you're already a fan of Southeast Asian cuisine or simply looking for something beyond the ordinary, Night Market is well worth a visit. It's the kind of restaurant I know I'll keep returning to. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ¥10,000+

The food was absolutely excellent, every dish was delicious, balanced, and full of surprising depth. The flavors, textures, and aromas were combined with such precision that it truly felt like a Michelin‑star level meal, even if the place isn’t officially rated yet. What stood out most was the attention to detail: the plating, the temperatures, the way each ingredient complemented the others, and those unexpected flavor combinations that kept surprising me bite after bite. The staff were friendly, professional, and working non‑stop, yet they never lost their warm smiles. Because of the amazing food, the thoughtful service, and the overall atmosphere, this restaurant in Tokyo is definitely worth a visit—and it fully deserves a Michelin star for both taste and detail.
