While the food was very good and really enjoyed the Nehari with Naans as well as the biryani. However the service lacked considerably. We arrived as a party of five just before 10pm and were seated the first thing the waitress said was that restaurant closes at 11 and kitchen closes at 10:30 so we must order quickly. The food didn’t arrive until 10:35. During this time another customer had a shouting session because same waitress was hurrying them from the table by telling them restaurant closes at 11. We were advised order comes with salad and raita but once the food was brought neither the salad or the raita was provided. Also they missed a drink for one of the colleagues in our party. It was all very rushed. Despite all this we enjoyed the food but felt it was race against time to finish. The tootles were filthy and the washing area was slippery and dirty and one of the staff member was standing washing his feet in the basin and splashing water all over the floor to which I complained to the manager. As a result the manager offered some free desserts and mango shake to our table but doesn’t change the fact the service was poor. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

What kind of place is named Nihari Junction and doesn't use beef? I understand wanting to cater to those and respecting that don't eat beef but then perhaps don't specialize in a beef based dish?
