Ramen restaurant “Nii” is located in Minami-Otsuka, Toshima-ku, about a 3-minute walk from JR Otsuka Station. *This is a shop that was featured on TBS's "Matsuko's Unknown World" on August 29, 2023. I would love to have lemon salt tsukemen in the summer lol The dipping sauce had a slight ginger flavor.
