Nijiiro Farm in Inami is a B leaning towards an A. It is not a restaurant, but a direct farm market where the food culture of Inami is on display. Its strength lies in its range: local vegetables, fruit, flowers, processed foods, fish, meat, eggs, tofu, sweets and small regional products, all brought together in one large JA market. The handmade tofu is especially important, making the place more than just a vegetable stall and providing a practical food base for everyday eating. The atmosphere is not flashy tourism; it is agricultural rather than decorative. While the markets in Akashi and Kobe show the region's fishing industry, this place showcases its farming. Prices should be judged by freshness and locality rather than cheapness. For me, it's perfect: vegetables, tofu, eggs and one prepared dish would be the cleanest purchase. The danger is buying too much; a direct market makes every item look useful, to the point where your refrigerator becomes a small JA branch. This is a strong food market for Inami, best used with a basket that knows when to stop.
