Nikoniko-dō, situated on Ide Street in Soja, primarily operates as a takeaway establishment that also serves as a unique community hub. While comprehensive listings of this restaurant are hard to find on major directories, it has a minimal presence on Google. Visitors have sampled offerings like chiffon cakes and shrimp burgers, which are served during its regular hours from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Saturday, excluding Thursdays and Sundays.
This eatery is notable for its approach, operating through collaborations and the involvement of students from a special support school. It seems to be functioning more as a welfare-oriented pop-up rather than at the fixed address consistently. The last feedback from patrons was received three years back, shedding little light on any recent developments or changes in ownership, suggesting no significant updates have been reported.
Payment is strictly cash-only, and the establishment doesn't offer delivery service but does accommodate quick visits with its efficient setup. However, the absence of details about business expansions or new offerings could indicate either stability or a low-key operational vehicle for ongoing community initiatives. For those venturing into Soja, Nikoniko-dō might present a charming yet enigmatic spot for sampling local specialties if you happen upon it.

木曜日 総社市役所にお店を出されてました。シフォンケーキとエビバーガーが美味しかったです。店舗のある場所では営業はしてないようで、福祉の店として、出店されているようです。支援学校の生徒さんが実習をされていました。応援しています。
