Thank you for visiting Nimble. Our pricing is displayed on our menu before ordering, with a range of drinks available at different price points. We make pricing very visible so guests can choose what works for their budget and preferences before placing an order. The table signs are small, polite reminders of our house rules. They are not intended to be passive aggressive. They are there because shared spaces need simple guidelines in order to stay clean, comfortable and respectful for everyone. For food safety, cleanliness and courtesy to other guests, we also do not allow outside food or drink. Nimble is a café that serves food, so we do not think this is an unusual or unreasonable to expect. To clarify, Nimble does not sell beer on tap and does not advertise beer on tap. Our beer offering is bottled. We appreciate you recognising the potential in the space. We also understand that not every café, atmosphere or price point will be the right fit for every guest.
