This is an actual hidden gem in Hamamatsucho, small store with minimum front work in an alley that doesn’t have much to show, so you will probably never notice it. The ramen though, one of the best and most original I ever had. Tsukemen ramen with delicious noodles and a tomato and fish (probably katsuo) base. Absolutely delicious! Can’t wait to be back.
