We went there for the breakfast buffet after calling the restaurant beforehand and confirming that it was available. However, after reaching the restaurant, we were informed that the breakfast buffet was not available. What was even more disappointing was the way the staff member at the counter, a man wearing glasses, behaved with my family. His attitude was rude and unprofessional, and he did not show the basic courtesy expected when dealing with customers. I would request the management to look into this incident and provide proper customer-service training to the staff. Customers should be treated with respect, especially when they have made the effort to call and confirm before visiting. Very disappointing experience and very poor service. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
