Quality has dropped a lot, it used to be the best in Joaçaba, but now it's far below. Shoyu of dubious quality, it seemed diluted with water, hossomaki with 1/3 of the amount of salmon, practically just rice, the hots and fried temakis came out greasy and completely cold as if they had been ready hours ago, not even the gyoza was saved this time, it used to be be delicious and now it's not so tasty anymore. Best sushi in the region, without a doubt! Salmon always fresh, well-seasoned shari! Cut the sashimi pieces to the ideal thickness! Once we started ordering from there we never ordered from anywhere else! Too good! My tip would be to order early and avoid ordering on Hot Wednesday! It ends up taking a little longer!
