Honestly a great shop, all the staff are lovely, the young lady in the hijab especially is always very friendly and helpful. The big fella with the beard is the most miserable git I have ever had to deal with though. Doesn't want to help, won't talk, just huffs and shrugs at you. Without him this is a 5* spot, but he makes visits miserable. One off day is understandable but he is constantly moody.
