This place is a Gem for the town of New Hamburg. I have nothing but good things to say about the food selection. Anything from huge beef ribs, sausages, right down to the homemade deli meats. The staff are always super friendly and the butcher himself makes sure your well taken care of. He makes sure it's the cut you want, he has even got back in the fridge to cut me a rib steak for the size I wanted. They also have local businesses food items. From Bright cheese to home made backed goods! Keep up the great Service!
