Very disappointing experience at Nitro Express (near Wah Cantt POF Guest House). We ordered 3 coffees, but even after a long wait, our order was not served. When we complained at the reception, a staff member named Waleed behaved very rudely and even used abusive language. Instead of resolving the issue, he told us to “go complain to whoever you want.”. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone — they seriously need to improve their service and train their staff on how to deal with customers respectfully.
