Walking around Ome, my friends and I happened upon this tiny ethnic restaurant: a Papua New Guinea-themed eatery where the food is so-so (at least that day: we had a Nepali-inspired lunch with two side dishes of sautéd vegetable and spicy chicken curry(?), pickles and some sort of lentil soup and rice that can be refilled), the atmosphere is rustic and cozy (with some Polynesian music playing) and the servers/owners are nice (even wearing a tribal headress to give the visitors that certain Oceanic vibe.) An interesting concept; also selling an assorment of trinkets that might tickle one's fancy to remember the place. Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
