I love your menu, I live in Pietermaritzburg but I dnt miss by any mistake to go via Nkomos when I'm in Durban. My problem is the staff service when it comes to getting orders. It has happened twice where I get an unacceptable behavior from your staff, I kept quite on the first incident. When they call out orders they seem to mistakenly left out almost 6 orders in sequence number to call, and we stood there waiting for almost 20 minutes, after that we asked them and they said we called all those numbers, but out of 6 different people no one heard that number and we were all standing in the front.
Today was worse bcos your staff even told her colleague that I'm just ignoring that number bcos everyone who had an order must come to the front. My question was, as there are alot of customers in the front and we can't stand there all of us at the same time bcos it is so packed. They continued ignoring me and more customers complained and I also lost it as your staff were busy talking and I was not hearing what they were saying but they I had one word that says "Uyasdakelwa lo, yini yona le". I was so pissed off and they told me they dnt care If I sat I will report them, I told them they were employed bcos they needed a job, not to disrespect Nkomos customers. Many of them were responding and I didn't here what they were saying to me.

I am the big customer for Nkomos from back at KwaMashu. I feel that if there is something wrong is happening that will destroy this big hard worked brand must be fully reported and be attended as soon as possible.

I can highly appreciate if I can get a response in regards to this matter

Nkomo sells the best wings, ribs and fried chips it's the best in the whole of Durban, and the wings still taste very good even during the lockdown period cz today i just went there to buy wings. still enjoying they meals . Nkomo fried chicken is the best probably in the whole of SA. keep it up guys
