I went there for the first time in about 10 years. Gentle light streamed in from the skylights on the high sloping ceiling, filling the store with a very natural light. Just placing yourself in the large space with a large ceiling that can't be seen anywhere else will make you feel at ease and calm. Mama came over to take the order. Even after all this time, Mama's face was as shiny and beautiful as ever. While drinking fresh lemonade, I looked around nostalgically.The large bookshelves and large ornamental plants were the same sights I had seen back then.The main table just below the ceiling was thick and huge, creating a perfect balance with the large space.There were also corner seats. It is a fairly large store with two locations. Now, the main dish has finally arrived. Today I ordered miso-yaki pork. It's quite a portion. It comes with salad and a soft-boiled egg, so the table suddenly becomes brighter. The miso pork has tender meat and a mellow miso flavor. The garnish of chilled shishi chili peppers served as a side dish was unusual and delicious.I finished eating thinking that these were also the flavors of the famous combination of Mama and Master.
