We arranged a booking for 8pm but we were told to come for 6.30/7 instead. We rearranged our day and made it for around 7. I will say the attitude from the staff handling the booking over the phone was apalling. All we asked is can we not have shisha and only food but we were bombarded with a rude toned guy who started to bang on about how much we need to spend per head..we were coming for a birthday of course we were going to spend money!?
When we arrived, we had our ID checked which was fine but the man at the front, black and grey bearded guy, was extremely rude to us when we left. We were a group of 6 women and the way he spoke to us was unacceptable. We said thank you to him for holding the door but maybe he didn't hear us? Fair enough but he decided to shout at us rudely as we left saying "You're Welcome! I am never holding the door for anyone again" etc ??? Why would anyone speak like this to customers? Did we come here to get verbal abuse?
The food was not to our taste yet we paid the bill. All the dishes were not to a great standard in our opinion. Flavourless really. BUT customers are allowed to have an opinion righr? Apprently not at NOA because upon checkout, another rude staff member decided to question us about why we didn't enjoy the food. At first I thought he was asking nicely but then began showing an attitude??
Absolutely horrible night out. Travelled 2 hours to come here and was so disappointed at the service, attitude from staff and food.
Terrible experience. Basically came here for a birthday and got verbally abused and shown a attitude by the staff.
