This place is called Restaurant Noah, but it actually seems like a Japanese Izakaya! The English menu was super helpful and also had images (with the food display out front as well), so you had a good idea what you were ordering.There was a really varied and interesting selection of food on the menu, but we both had the *huge* oysters (from local Iwate prefecture!) and a 'Hokke' fish that turned out to be huge as well, but incredibly tender and flavorful. the fried 'kaki' (oysters) are heaven as well!!! As for drinks, we challenged the huge size frozen beer which was actually pretty cheap too. We'll definitely be back when we're in the area! It's a little hidden, but really worth it!!
