My wife and I ordered two dishes, a pasta with vegetables and a banana cake with peach palm. The pasta came raw, it wasn't even close to al dente. They went to change. The banana and peach palm bobó came with just banana and they didn't even give any satisfaction. When the noodles arrived, about 30m later, the bobó had already finished and the two people ate alone. The grated cheese on the pasta was pasta and not parmesan. The second pasta was very al dente, but we didn't change it again. We only ate half and left. When they came to ask if everything was okay, we told the truth and the person's preparation came to light. He didn't even apologize, he didn't say anything, he didn't even give a discount... a well-rated restaurant in a 5-star hotel where we went to celebrate my wife's birthday thinking it would be great and this is how they treat people?
