My husband and I came here for a quick breakfast before the Accademia. It's a beautiful spot. The staff are very welcoming and the service was prompt. We ordered cappuccinos and croissants- mine with smoked salmon and cream cheese. Both delicious. I'd come back every morning if I could! Best croissants we ever ate!! The chocolate and pastry cream croissants were simply divine - fresh, warm, and bursting with flavor. We also tried the Nutella pancakes and they were a dream too. They were fluffy, perfectly complemented by Nutella, whipped cream and maple syrup. Plus, the glass of orange juice that accompanies the pancake menu adds a refreshing touch. The coffee was great as well! Needless to say, we were so impressed that we returned the very next day. If you're in Florence, this breakfast/brunch hidden gem is an absolute must-visit! I spent 2 years going to Nobile Bistro while I was completing my grad school. There was nothing that made me happier than popping in to see Andrea and Costanza. The food is excellent but more importantly, Andrea and Costanza are so wonderful and they put a smile on your face every time! I’ll miss the daily specials, but I’ll be back soon! Grazie per l’amicizia
