At NOBLE, we take great pride in the freshness and quality of our food, which is why we found it contradicting that your club sandwich was entirely consumed without any complaint during your meal. It was only when the bill arrived that you expressed dissatisfaction - regarding the fries - and requested a discount. If you had informed us from the very first bite that something was not to your liking, we would have gladly replaced your dish or taken care of it immediately. However, demanding a discount after finishing the entire meal is not something we can support. Our manager and team always take full responsibility and go above and beyond when a genuine mistake occurs. However, we cannot tolerate false claims about our food quality used as a leverage tactic to avoid paying the full price. We stand firmly by our staff, our quality, and our policy.
