What a great gem in the middle of Pooler! I was very surprised to find such a upscale vibe in the place filled with franchise restaurants. Everything from start to finish was exceptional - the atmosphere, the level of music, the service, the FOOD, the drinks. Their smoked old fashioned is divine. Absolute must. Overpriced trash. The short rib ravioli was 100% a cheap cut of pot roast beef, sold as short rib and tasted like Campbell's beef stew. The ribeye was worse than what you'd get at Texas Roadhouse for 5x times the price. They smeared a spoonful of mashed potatoes on the plate and called that a $6 side. This place is a joke, the service was just as bad as the food. Only people who enjoy this place are drunks. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: $50–60

My first time at Noble Roots, I tried the lobster pasta and loved it. I’m usually weird about ordering steak at restaurants because it can be hit or miss (I’d honestly rather grill my own sometimes). But on my last visit to Noble Roots, I decided to give the steak a try, and I am so glad I did!! Wow. Chefs kiss. Truly the best steak in Pooler, GA, hands down, and maybe even in Savannah. I also have to give a shoutout to Kaitlyn at the bar because I’m sober this year, and the two mocktails she made were outstanding. You could tell there was real effort put into making a drink without alcohol feel special, and I truly appreciated that. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $30–40 Recommended dishes: Gator Bites, Wisconsin Cheese Curds Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot
