We had reservations made through the hotel and showed up on time. They lost our reservations but said they would track them down. Meanwhile we watched the ambiance of the restaurant for a half hour. They had three servers acting very dramatically serving a family. Meanwhile there was a very angry lady chewing out the maitre’d. I finally had enough and told them we didn’t feel welcomed and we would eat elsewhere. They didn’t appear apologetic or concerned. It was our anniversary.
