If you prefer Gluten-free cuisine, then this cafe is worth visiting. Order nicely cooked salmon benedict, seafood and steaks at Noglu when you happen to be near it. Eating tasty pancakes, muffins and crème brûlée is a nice experience here. Some visitors recommend good latte, matcha or white coffee at this place.

My honest review of this place is that it's good, it's just not amazing. Coffee beans are spectacular, ONA is always going to be a crowd favourite, I've had many great coffees here. Sandwiches are also really nice, they cater for that Gluten Free market which might be exactly what you're looking for - things taste fine as someone who's not gluten free. I've just had many visits here where there have either been too few people working, or people working who didn't seem very competent in serving - which is fine, we all have to start somewhere. But what this means is that the quality can really drop off a cliff when things get busy, coffee orders go haywire, some get forgotten, some just sit there for a while, I've waited over 20 minutes multiple times for coffees when times have been busy. It's a great joint, I'd recommend you going, just be weary of the long wait times when it's busy and that the coffee experience isn't always the same level of high quality. I hope things improve and they return to being a Rose Street heavy weight on the coffee scene. Had a great time here for breakfast. I got the creme brulee hot cakes and they were phenomenal! I usually am sceptical of places that are entirely gluten-free, but the food was genuinely amazing. Will be back for more hot cakes! Very disappointed with my visit to Noglu today. Stopped by to takeaway, had to wait more than half an hour and was served one of the worst coffees I have ever tried. Coffee was watery, barely warm and had all residue around the cup. This is not what you should be serving representing such a high quality coffee bean. It wasn’t the Ona beans as I have had beautiful coffees at other cafes using them so I don’t know what went wrong. Was given a very brief apology no compensation or anything, safe to say I will not be returning. Service: 1
