I ordered a hazelnut latte but received a very sweet drink topped with cream and caramel instead of a standard latte. If you prefer strong coffee, this might not be for you. The hazelnut flavor was overpowered by the sweetness, to the point where I had to dilute it just to drink it. Great if you have a major sweet tooth, but a bit much for me.
