One of my favorite foods in the world is Eggplant Parmigiana (Parmigiana di Melanzane). My first visit in Tuscany in 2010 was fortuitous and in Siena the Parmigiana di Melanzane was incredible. Since then I've searched Italy for the best best Parmigiana di Melanzane and after 14 years, I found it at Da Nonna Rosa. It was the most impossible plate of love to enjoy on this American Thanksgiving here in Matera, Italy. Come to Matera and experience the impossible. Uno dei miei cibi preferiti al mondo è la Parmigiana di Melanzane. La mia prima visita in Toscana nel 2010 è stata fortuita e a Siena la Parmigiana di Melanzane era incredibile. Da allora ho cercato in Italia la migliore Parmigiana di Melanzane e dopo 14 anni l'ho trovata da Nonna Rosa.
