Their customer queue management is terrible. We arrived more than 20 minutes before the table next to us, yet they were served first—even though we ordered some of the exact same dishes. It honestly felt like they were given better service because they looked like they had more money. When our food finally arrived, the steak was already cold, as if it had been sitting there and they had forgotten to serve it. To make things worse, some of the staff seemed to be making fun of us. They spoke so quietly that you could barely hear them, then laughed afterward, which came across as very unprofessional and disrespectful. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
